Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prospect, call, and close on GMs, PDs, and GSMs, of local media companies.
• Manage corporate relationships with influencers at the world’s largest media companies.
• Make face to face and webinar-based product presentations to small and large groups.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all sales efforts and opportunities in Salesforce.com.
• Work with implementation team to assure timely and accurate implementation of services.
• Support industry trade shows.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years selling software, interactive services, or interactive advertising.
• Excellent presentation and phone skills.
• Strong prospecting skills. If you are unwilling to dedicate 2+ hours per day making cold phone calls a week, please do not apply.
• Strong strategic selling skills. "One call" closer's need not apply. Success selling Enticent products requires the ability to convince many buying influences across the client’s enterprise.
• Verifiable track record of quota achievement.
• Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time.
• Absolute computer literacy including heavy internet user plus Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and preferably salesforce.com or other CRM platform.
• Strong strategic, analytical, problem solving and project management abilities.
• Team player with a “get it done” attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

Strongly Desired Qualifications

• Experience selling software or interactive services to local media companies.
• Experience selling loyalty marketing services or software.
• Willingness to live in Atlanta, GA metro area.

Salary/Benefits: Strong performers will achieve over $100K in total income (base plus commission) in the first year. Additional benefits include full medical and dental, 401K, 3 weeks vacation, health club membership, expense account and more.

In this role, a successful candidate will utilize his/her sales training and development skills to educate local media clients on the sales applications of Enticent loyalty programs and drive sustained use of these applications with clients’ local and national advertisers.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage the ongoing execution and improvement of sales training programs
• Develop training curriculum, training presentations, and related sales collateral
• Conduct group training sessions in person and via webinar, as well as one-on-one training and coaching
• Develop sustained use of Enticent sales applications within assigned media markets

Preference will be given to those with the following:

• Professional training and development experience
• Track record of innovation in developing training solutions and building client relationships

The ideal candidate will be passionate about web development and eager to take a hands-on role to help shape the future of our products and user interfaces.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead front-end developer providing technical leadership on front-end design and development from concept to completion
• Able to design table-free layouts using semantic markup.
• Architect and develop clean, reusable code for a high traffic network of web sites
• Responsible for coding, unit testing, and code review
• Excellent communication skills, especially in working with non-technical staff.
• Ability to provide time estimates and to work on and/or co-ordinate different projects simultaneously, within tight deadlines
• Update and maintain documentation in an organized manner

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree preferably in computer science or equivalent; Masters degree a plus, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Experience:

• Must be an expert in Flash, CSS, JavaScript, HTML
• Must have experience working with database-driven Flash
• Experience with AJAX preferred
• Experience with ASP.NET front-end web development
• Solid understanding of browser compatibility issues, W3C standards, accessibility guidelines, and optimization techniques
